The prestigious Royal Fox subdivision on the east side of St Charles IL is seeing a rise in home prices!

Ideally located just north of Route 64 between Route 59 and the Fox River, this subdivision of custom homes built between the late 1980's and 2000 offer residents easy access to St Charles East High School and the Royal Fox Country Club.

Real estate in Royal Fox enjoys a slow but steady turnover with about 10-15 homes selling each year.

There are currently 10 homes listed for sale in Royal Fox ranging in price from $309,900 all the way up to $1,395,000.

In the last 12 months, 13 homes sold in Royal Fox with an average sale price of $516,596.  They were on the market an average of 72 days prior to selling.  The average home seller in Royal Fox sold for 96.4% of their original asking price.
