The big box retailer is one of three currently left at the Charlestowne Mall, which also has a Carson Pirie Scott and and a Von Maur.
Developers are hoping to revive the nearly-vacant mall, which will be renamed "The Quad St. Charles," by sprucing up the property and adding outlots. One major draw to the property should be the Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants, which announced in February that it would open a location at the shopping center.
