Larsen Light Show Returns, Includes New Features
The popular holiday lights display at a Campton Hills home is up and running for the 2019 season.

CAMPTON HILLS, IL — The Larsen Light Show is back up and running for the 2019 holiday season. The display, which garnered the grand prize as part of the 2013 reality TV series, the Great Christmas Light Fight, is orchestrated each by homeowner Brian Laresen.
In its 14th year, new features for the 2019 season include a pogo stick field and six-foot spheres. There will be new songs and a special song sequenced to Lindsey Stirling's Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy, according to the display's Facebook page.

The show opened for the season on Nov. 28 and will be up and running for the public to view from 5 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 5 to 10:30 p.m. on Friday through Sunday. The display at 42W891 Beith Road in Campton Hills will remain open through Jan. 5, 2020.
This year, Larsen will be offering three different shows all about 15 minutes long — though the displays will be shorter on heavy-traffic nights. The wait time will be about five minutes for each show. Typically, lower-traffic nights are Monday through Wednesday for those hoping to beat the crowds, according to information posted on the display's Facebook page.

All traffic must enter from Anderson Road from Route 38 or Route 64. NO TRAFFIC WILL BE ALLOWED IN FROM WEST BOUND ON BEITH RD PLEASE DO NOT HEAD WEST ON BEITH ROAD. Please follow directions of traffic controllers, they will guide you into the parking lot. Please keep radio volume down, DO NOT USE NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAYS TO TURN AROUND IN,stay in car, parking lights on and cars RUNNING.
