Leaf Collection Gets Underway In St. Charles

Leaf collection begins Oct. 28 for the east side of the Fox River and Oct. 31 for the west side.

The City of St. Charles:The City of St. Charles Leaf Collection begins Oct. 28 for the East Side of the Fox River and Oct. 31 for the West Side of the River.

The City offers leaf, brush and yard waste collection services which are funded by a portion of the fee collected on utility bills of eligible homeowners. Residents should call Utility Billing at 630.377.4426 if there are questions about eligibility in this program.

Please have leaves on the parkway by 6:30 a.m. on the first day of pick up for your area. It may take up to four days to collect the leaves.

Due to unpredictable weather or timing of dropping leaves, in addition to the schedule below of regular leaf collection services provided by the City, Lakeshore Recycling Services also will provide free bagged leaf and yard waste collection throughout the entire month of December.
