New Immersive 'Christmas On The Fox' Holiday Pop-Up Coming To St. Charles

ST. CHARLES, IL — A new immersive holiday pop-up inspired by the Fox River is set to transform downtown St. Charles into a Christmas wonderland this season.

The team behind St. Nicky's, a popular Nashville holiday attraction, has partnered with Chicago-based Present Tense Mobile Bar and Pollyanna Brewing Company to launch Christmas on the Fox, opening Nov. 19 at Pollyanna's St. Charles taproom.

The brewery will be transformed into a festive riverside village featuring towering Christmas trees, colorful lights, oversized holiday displays, interactive photo opportunities, woodland-themed décor and whimsical fox and beaver installations. Guests will also be greeted by outdoor holiday decorations before entering the immersive experience.

Christmas on the Fox will feature a menu of seasonal cocktails, spirit-free drinks, frozen eggnog, Christmas beer, festive shots and holiday food, along with a lineup of family-friendly and adults-only events throughout the season. Planned programming includes Movies with Santa, a holiday-themed Chicago Bears watch party, a Christmas Light Concert Series and additional themed entertainment.

The experience was created by Caroline and Tony Galzin, the husband-and-wife team behind St. Nicky's. Tony, who grew up in St. Charles and still has family in the community, said the project is designed to celebrate the traditions and natural beauty of the Fox River Valley.

"St. Charles will always be a second home for us," Tony Galzin said in a statement. "We're excited to build on the traditions that already make downtown St. Charles special during the holidays and give people another reason to visit, celebrate and make memories here."

Organizers also plan to host community fundraising drives benefiting local organizations and offer exclusive merchandise, including branded apparel, souvenir cups and limited-edition glassware.

Christmas on the Fox opens Thursday, Nov. 19, and runs through Dec. 31 at Pollyanna Brewing Company in downtown St. Charles. Additional details, including ticket information, event schedules, operating hours and holiday programming, will be announced later this fall.
