New Immunization Requirements for Students Entering Grades 6-12
All students entering grades 6 and 9 for the 2012-13 school year will be required to present proof of receiving a dose of Tdap.

With whooping cough, or pertussis, continuing to occur in Illinois, the state has expanded vaccination requirements to combat the health threat.
All students entering grades 6 and 9 for the 2012-13 school year will be required to present proof of receiving a dose of Tdap, the whooping cough booster, if they are to attend classes.
For complete information on the expanded immunizations, as well as other information on student health requirements, go to the Community Unit School District 303 Health Services page.
