New Liquor Licenses Lead to Opposition
Three new liquor licenses are approved Monday night by the St. Charles City Council.

People soon could have three new places to get a glass a wine with dinner in downtown St. Charles.
On Tuesday, the St. Charles City Council granted licenses for Rx Cafe, Prasino and a proposed business in the former McNally's building on East Main Street.
Within the three separate votes, three aldermen voted no at various points while stating either their worry of the process in which the vote was coming or flat out opposing any new licenses.

Rx Cafe is an American tapas restaurant located at 113 West Main St. Prasino, 51 S First St., currently is under construction.
