UPDATE: Kirk Defeats Giannoulias, Quinn Announces Victory Over Brady
Mark tops Alexi; Pat Quinn claims victory over Bill Brady.

Governor Pat Quinn (D) is claiming victory Republican challenger Bill Brady. The Chicago Tribune Election Center still shows 97 percent of the vote in, with Quinn leading 46.5 to 46.2 percent.
Alexi Giannoulias (D) has conceded to Mark Kirk (R) in the race for the U.S. Senate seat.
