His blood-alcohol level was more than two times the legal limit, according to the article. According to the Sun-Times, Ramey is the stepson of former Senate President James "Pate" Philip. He took the helm of the DuPage County Republican Party in July, filling the unexpired term of DuPage County Board Chairman Dan Cronin of Elmhurst. <a href="http://www.suntimes.com/7368522-417/republican-state-rep-randy-ramey-cited-for-drunken-driving.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Read the full story here.</a>
