The St. Charles leaf collection program runs from Oct. 25 to Nov. 30. The complete leaf collection schedule and program details can be found on the city’s website, www.stcharlesil.gov.
Residents will receive four scheduled pickups to remove their leaves for the season.
Please remember to rake leaves on the parkway, NOT into the street. Piling leaves in the street can clog storm drains, causing localized flooding, and make the roadway slippery for cars, bikes, and pedestrians.

As an alternative, residents may put leaves in yard waste bags, which will be collected by Veolia Environmental Services on normal collection days through Nov. 28.
