The man faces a minimum sentence of 51 years in prison, according to the Kane County State's Attorney's Office.

ST. CHARLES, IL — A St. Charles man has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a child he knew. A Kane County jury found Christopher J. Jackson guilty on Nov. 6, and he faces at least 51 years in prison, according to the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Jackson, 46, of the 1700 block of Wessel Court, sexually assaulted the victim between 2013 and 2015, prosecutors said.
“Christopher Jackson’s selfish crimes victimized an innocent child. He’ll have a long time to think about that in prison. A job well done by the Child Advocacy Center, and ASAs Rodgers and Anderson,” Kane County State’s Attorney Joe McMahon said in a media release.
