St. Charles OKs Adult Use Pot Sales
The city council has approved allowing one cannabis retailer on the west side of the Fox River and another on the east side.
ST. CHARLES, IL — Though some alderman wanted to postpone a vote on allowing recreational marijuana sales in St. Charles, the city council went ahead and approved the measure Monday. The Daily Herald reports two marijuana retailers would be allowed in town with one permitted on the west side of the Fox River and another on the east side.
The aldermen approved the zoning change in a 6-3 vote, according to the article.
