ST. CHARLES, IL — St. Charles residents again have access to the city’s parks, rec centers and Swanson Pool after the park district reopened many of its facilities at the end of June. Illinois entered phase 4 of its reopening plan on June 29, which allows groups of up to 50 people to gather, with restrictions, amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Park district officials announced Wednesday that almost all facilities are now open, with social distancing and mask orders in place at many locations.
