St. Charles Releases Water Quality Report

The report includes details about where our water comes from and what it contains.

From the City of St. Charles: The City of St. Charles has released the 2019 Annual Water Quality Report, containing information on the quality of the water that we provided last year. The City’s water met all Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) drinking water health standards. The Water Quality Report is available at http://bit.ly/2019WaterQualityReport.

The report includes details about where our water comes from, what it contains, and how it compares to the standards set by regulatory agencies. It lists the levels of all the regulated constituents, if any, that were detected in the water either over the preceding calendar year (2018) or the last sampling event.

“The City of St. Charles is committed to providing safe and clean drinking water to our residents, and we are always monitoring water quality,” said Tim Wilson, Environmental Services Division Manager. “This report shows all the standards that we have to meet, and provides useful information to our water customers.”
