St. Charles Soldier Is Brigade’s NCO of the Year
Sgt. Anthony Dowling of St. Charles received honors after two-day competition over the weekend in Springfield.

Dowlingm who is among some 2,100 soldiers in the 108th Sustainment Brigade in Chicago, received the honors after a two-day competition Aug. 11-12 at Camp Lincoln in Springfield.
