Students from St. Charles Join in Christmas at Augustana
Christmas at Augustana is one of a series of performances planned for the season.

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. — Five college students from St. Charles were among the more than 300 students in Augustana College’s choirs, brass ensemble and orchestra joined together to share music in two sold-out shows during the fifth annual Christmas at Augustana holiday concert on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1..
The following St. Charles students were among the participants:
- Melissa Gunlogson, a junior majoring in neuroscience.
- Leigh Lasota, a senior majoring in psychology.
- Lindsey Quaiver, a junior majoring in communication sciences and disorders.
- Kristina Raasch, a junior majoring in geography and environmental studies.
- Elizabeth Rizzi, a sophomore majoring in communication sciences and disorders.
Christmas at Augustana is one of a series of performances planned for the season. The Handel Oratorio Society, performed Handel's Messiah and the Augustana Chamber Singers and the Office of Campus Ministries presented Lessons and Carols on Thursday, Dec. 13.
