ā¢ Legislative Ethics Commission votes unanimously to release Benton report (capitolnewsillinois.com) ā State Rep. Jeff Keicher, R-Sycamore, led a unanimous Legislative Ethics Commission vote to eventually release a misconduct report on former Rep. Harry Benton. The decision starts a short redaction review process, with the report expected by July 31 and intense attention from state leaders who say it will clarify how harassment allegations were handled.
