4 Arrested on Drug Charges, Man Caught With a Dangerous Weapon and More

Friday, June 26

6:58 a.m.: Report of a man acting odd, possibly with blood on his arm, Independence Drive. Four people were arrested and charged in the incident:

• Brooke Taylor Cutelis, 33, of the 300 block of Pawtucket Street, Lowell: possession of heroin
• Peter T. Cutelis, 29, of the 200 block of Pawtucket Boulevard, Lowell: possession of heroin
• Alexis R. Gewlas, 33, of the 0-100 block of Cross Street, Chelmsford: possession of heroin
• Joshua Lewis Jefferson, 31, of the 300 block of Boston Road, North Billerica: trafficking in heroin, possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute

10:39 a.m.: Report of a man in the woods with a shotgun, Waverly Avenue and Stedman Street.

2:07 p.m.: Report of a past hit and run, Parkhurst Road.

4:40 p.m.: Investigation of a female shoplifter at Kohl’s, Chelmsford Street.

4:55 p.m.: Report of a past hit and run, Brick Kiln Road.

Saturday, June 27

11:36 a.m.: Investigation of a past assault between a Market Basket employee and customer, Chelmsford Street.

2 p.m.: Report of larceny from a building, Gervais Landscaping at Doris Drive.

7:43 p.m.: Dog found and brought to pound, Gorham Street and Lowell Line.

8:38 p.m.: Call concerning illegal burning at a house party, Locke Road.

9:37 p.m.: Investigation of a two-car accident, near Gary’s Ice Cream, Gorham Street.

9:43 p.m.: Area check for fireworks, Locke Road.

9:58 p.m.: Check on a report of loud music in the area, Schofield Road.

11:03 p.m.: Report of a noise complaint, Wellman Avenue.

Sunday, June 28

2:29 a.m.: Report of a loud music complaint, Higate Road.

8:58 a.m.: Investigation of an accident between a vehicle and animal, Courthouse Lane and Parkhurst Road.

11:15 a.m.: Investigation of a vehicle accident that damaged a mailbox, Robin Hill Road.

12:14 p.m.: Report from a homeowner about suspicious activity, Billerica Road. Matthew Robertson, 49, of the 0-100 Maple Road, was arrested and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and breaking and entering in daytime with intent.

2:48 p.m.: Investigation of a possible larceny-shoplifting incident at Walmart, Drum Hill Road. The loss prevention agent reported having difficulty with a woman. Maha Moshen Daoud, 28, of the 700 block of Princeton Boulevard, Lowell, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

4:01 p.m.: Investigation of a white box truck pulling down wires, Wildwood Street.
