Two 20-year-old men released on I-bonds after they allegedly crashed their minivan into a garage fleeing police.

TINLEY PARK, IL -- A pair of 20-year-old men arrested after they allegedly crashed their minivan into a Tinley Park garage while pursued by police appeared Friday for a bond hearing at the Bridgeview Courthouse. Arthur Dillon of Chicago, and Mansurmusa Abdullah of Calumet City, appeared before Cook County Judge Peter Felice on charges of burglary and criminal trespassing. Two 14-year-olds also were petitioned into court for burglary and criminal trespass to a vehicle.

According to the charges, Dillon and Abdullah along with two teen accomplices were spotted around 5:20 a.m. Dec. 21 in the Holiday Inn parking lot at the Tinley Park Convention Center. The prosecutor said security and police officers observed the four shaking car door handles , presumably looking for unlocked cars. Dillon, Abdullah and their pals allegedly took a woman’s wallet from an unlocked car.

Tinley Park police watched the four enter their van and leaving the parking lot. The four suspects got out of the damaged minivan and fled in opposite directions, police said. Abdullah and the teens are found near a retention pond.
