Tinley Park HS to Host 5K for Special Olympics

 On Sunday, October 14^th at 9:30am, the Tinley Park High School Girls’ Cross Country Team is sponsoring a 5K Run/Walk for Awareness with all proceeds benefiting Special Olympics. The race will be run entirely on the Tinley Park High School campus and will feature a Special Olympic 100 meter dash following the 5K. There is a $25 participating fee and all participants will receive a race t-shirt. Awards will be presented to the top three male and top three female finishers.  The team is asking for assistance from the community with this event.
