Armed Robbery Reported at AT&T Store in Tinley Park

TINLEY PARK, IL - Police in Tinley Park are investigating a Friday night armed robbery at the AT&T store at 18219 S. Harlem Ave.

Reports have indicated there are two suspects, both black men who were wearing ski masks during the armed robbery. Scanner traffic indicates they were armed with handguns and were last seen fleeing the scene on foot with two blue laundry bags with cash and cell phones.

Police did not immediately return a request for more information, but photographs of the initial investigation were shared on the Northern Illinois Fireground Photos Facebook page.
