Car wash tore up my car and won’t pay for it

I went to Gas and Wash on Friday Jan 16, 2026, the machine malfunctioned and me and my car was stuck in that wash for about 5 minutes but it seemed like 5 hours I kept blowing my burn for someone to rescue me and stop the machine, I trying calling in the car wash too then finally the man behind me that was hitting my car in the car wash got some help and the car wash shut down the machine.   the manager of the car wash came out and apologized and he assured me that gas and wash would take full responsibility but they didn’t,  I had to have my car fixed from being in that accident, I made a claim with my insurance Allstate which they said the car wash was 100 percent at fault now last week I received this letter from Allstate, I’m reaching out to the news to see what’s going on with this I have been in the car wash club for over 8 years and this had never happened.   I chose this car wash club because it’s a (manned) car wash club meaning their is an attendant with u every step of the way looking over the car and saying car In neutral but obviously that didn’t work.  Since it didn’t work I should not be liable.  Gas and Wash lost a good customer from this.
