Crosstown Classic: Wheels on Tinley 'Buss' Go Round and Round
Titans emerge as winner of annual softball battle with T-Bolts thanks to the work of Amber Buss and Miranda Stroz.

Amber Buss drove in two runs for the Titans in a 3-2 victory on Monday. Megan McCampbell scored the winning run for Tinley after being driven in by pitcher Miranda Stroz.
T-Bolts Quick to Bounce Back
The loss to Tinley Park seemed to motivate the Andrew softball team. The T-Bolts bounced back with a 29-0 victory over Thornridge to clinch the Southwest Suburban Red conference title. Sophomore catcher Rachel Kilcoyne sparkled at the plate, driving in five runs, while junior pitcher Heather Hudzinski threw the first no-hitter of her career.

Andrew Spikes Stagg
Led by senior middle hitter Paul Bilanzic, Andrew took down visiting Stagg 25-12, 25-18 in Southwest Suburban Red boys volleyball. Bilanzic had 10 kills for the T-Bolts (18-4-1, 6-3).
Splash Zone
The Andrew boys water polo team suffered a heart-breaking defeat to Lockport Township in the quarterfinals of the Lincoln-Way North Sectional. Lockport netted three goals in the final two minutes to pull out a 10-9 victory and end the T-Bolts run.

Battle of the ‘Parks’
Tinley Park lost a back-and-forth battle with in a baseball battle between old rivals on Thursday.
