Lost Dog "Zack" the Puggle from Tinley Park!

Our family dog Zack snuck out on Mothers Day 2017 along with our two other dogs when a door was not secured properly. Two of the three made it home safely but Zack never did. He had a blue collar with tags one was his rabies and the other had his name, full address, and unfortunately the wrong phone number because we no longer have a landline. He is 8yrs old and weighs around 25-30lbs also has an underbite. We are the only family he knows we've had him since he was only a few weeks old and our three children are completely heartbroken. Although this wasn't the first time he snuck out, he has never been lost. We know the night he went missing the last couple to see him lost him near Family Harvest Church when it became to dark to see him. We have had overwhelming support from our family, friends and the community in our search. We had search dogs come from Ohio on Memorial Day weekend along with many volunteers, we are confident he's alive and either in survival mode or someone has him. While we regularly get calls on possible sightings we do not have any pictures to validate these sightings. There is a team in place so if you see him we urge you to call or text Brooke (708) 214-8006 and if possible take a picture. PLEASE DO NOT CHASE. We ask that you pay attention to anyone who has a new dog since 05/14/17 that meets his description. We will pay a reward of $1000 no questions asked so please if you or someone you know have him just take the money and return him to his rightful owners!
