Trinity Lutheran Church and School presents an entertaining evening of theater in the school gymnasium on May 10th & 11th

Trinity Lutheran Church and School would like to invite you and your family to an entertaining evening of theater in the school gymnasium on Friday, May 10th, and Saturday, May 11th at 7:30.
Stranded! will be performed by a number of talented 6th, 7th, and 8th graders.
Secret service agent Joe Harris is having the worst vacation ever. The bodyguard for the New Perian royal family is secretly in love with Princess Everly, whom he is sworn to protect, who also unfortunately happens to be engaged to Prince Englebert of Latmos in order to establish a political alliance. Feeling pressured into the marriage by her parents Queen Helena and King Rupert, and by Englebert’s overbearing mother Queen Elspeth, Everly decides to run away, and convinces Joe and her brother Prince Nate to come with her. But everyone’s luck takes a serious turn for the worse when King Rupert’s royal advisors Nigel York and Blair Sharpe hatch an evil scheme to strand the royal family on a deserted island and take over as the rulers of New Peria. Their plan spirals out of control, though, when King Rupert’s yacht The Endurance gets caught in a terrible storm, and everyone on board becomes shipwrecked on a mysterious island. Joe, Everly, Nate, and the ship’s first mate Faris find themselves captured by the island’s natives, who plan to sacrifice them to the active volcano that is about to erupt. Luckily, two of the natives, Holiday and Max, vow to help save the New Perians from being thrown into Mount Mogarichu and hatch a daring escape plan. Will Everly and Nate be reunited with their parents and their karate-loving younger sister Zinzi? Will Nigel and Blair succeed in taking over New Peria? Will Joe ever get to declare his true love to Everly? Most importantly, will daring pilot Ash Moreau be able to locate the royal family on the island, or will they be STRANDED! forever?
