Tickets On Sale For A 'Gatsby' New Year's Eve At Banging Gavel

TINLEY PARK, IL — New Year's Eve revelers are invited to take a step back in time, with a Great Gatsby-themed soirée at Banging Gavel Brews in downtown Tinley Park.

An "extravagant" celebration themed "A Great Gatsby New Year's Eve" to be held at The Vogt House, "will take you back to the roaring 1920s with its elegant atmosphere, live entertainment, and delicious food and beverages."

The event "combines the glamour and excitement of the Great Gatsby era with the rich history and unique charm of the Vogt Building," organizers said in a release.

"This will provide guests with a memorable and immersive experience that celebrates the past while welcoming the future."

The event follows the long-anticipated grand opening celebration December 14-17 of The Vogt House by Banging Gavel Brews, 17400 Oak Park Ave., marking a new chapter in the building's history.

Details of the New Year's Eve celebration:

Dec. 31 at 8 p.m., at 17400 Oak Park Ave.

$150 per person.

Dress to impress: Embrace the Gatsby theme and don your best Roaring 20s attire (cocktail attire also welcome).

Live music: Brought to you by the Shout Section Big Band, playing classic tunes of the era.
