Tinley Park HS Cheerleading Team Finishes in Top 10 at State

The Tinley Park High School Cheerleading team, coached by Mrs. Ashley Meyers and Ms. Brittney Ghezzi, finished the season on a high note by competing at the IHSA State Finals this past weekend. The team’s previous successes include a 3rd Place finish at the SSC Conference and a 3rd Place finish at IHSA Sectionals. Coach Meyers commented on the season saying, “The last few weeks of the season, the girls came together as a family and pushed for our goal. This goal was to be top 10 in the State and we are so happy that we succeeded.” Members of the TPHS Titan Varsity Cheerleading Team include: Payden New, Alexis Jackson, Sarah Nelson, Jackie Jelderks, Katie Sanders, Anna Sebastian, Brooke LaBudda, Camryn Lampasona, Alyssa Estes, Lilly Johnson, Emily Sereda, Gabi Guerra, Anna Bedell, Ally Palermo, Ruth Greene, and Janet Lopez.
