Tinley Planning Director Suspended

The Tinley Park Village Board is in the process of selecting an outside attorney to conduct an independent review of the Village’s development process for the Reserve, a proposed 47-unit multifamily residential development at 183rd Street and Oak Park Avenue.

Planning Director Amy Connolly also has been placed on paid administrative leave as this review process unfolds.

The Board also will hire an independent planning consultant to review the Village’s planning and zoning process and the Village’s Legacy Code. The Board approved the creation of a new Citizens Advisory Committee that will include Tinley Park residents Matt Coughlin, Trent Ridgway, Charlie Smith and Roxanne Devos. This new committee will assist the independent planning consultant in its review.
