TINLEY PARK, IL — The Streetz Artz Alliance will host the return of its Vintage Market at Soundgrowler Brewing on Saturday, March 7, from 12 to 5 p.m. The free, family-friendly event will bring together more than 30 artists and vendors, with over half of the participants specializing in vintage goods and nostalgic finds.

The indoor market will transform Soundgrowler Brewing, located at 8201 183rd St., Suite P, Tinley Park, into a vibrant destination for collectors, vintage enthusiasts, and casual shoppers alike. Guests can browse vintage home décor, collectibles, vinyl records, retro magazines, antiques, original artwork, handcrafted goods, and more while enjoying Soundgrowler’s craft beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and popular taco menu.

The Vintage Market is curated by John E. Streetz, founder of the Streetz Artz Alliance, a Chicagoland collective dedicated to supporting independent artists, makers, and small businesses through curated markets and events.

“I made a great push to ensure we had more vintage sellers for this event after hearing feedback from the 2025 vintage event,” Streetz said. “It’s very important for me to improve and listen to patron concerns to ensure everyone has a great time.”

Many of the dedicated vintage vendors will feature expanded displays, with several receiving double or larger spaces to showcase more rare finds and nostalgic pieces.

While vintage is the primary focus, the market also features artists who incorporate vintage aesthetics into their work. With Love Products will be showcasing timeless fragrances such as patchouli, rose, lavender, jasmine, and leather. Patchouli in particular carries a nostalgic legacy, once treasured in Victorian trade routes and later embraced by the free-spirited culture of the 1960s.

Other highlights include Belonio Doodles, who will offer original art alongside a curated selection of vintage comic books, and Roczilla Records, which will feature an extensive vinyl selection across two vendor spaces inside the brewery.

To accommodate the growing interest in vintage vendors, Soundgrowler Brewing cleared additional space in the back area of the brewery to allow for more vendor booths, bringing the event to nearly 40 spaces in total. While vintage remains the core theme, visitors will also find handmade goods, sweet treats, pickles, woodworking, breads, vanilla products, and coffee offerings.

Soundgrowler Brewing will also feature its monthly burrito special during the event, a shrimp burrito, and the brewery’s featured artist of the month, Rich Stachon, whose work is currently displayed on the brewery’s feature wall.

All vendors were encouraged to decorate their booths with vintage décor and nostalgic items to further enhance the atmosphere of the event.

Several vendors in the show are local to the South Side and surrounding communities, including AntiqueNess Apothecary, Bosco’s Marketplace, CatWitch Designs, Cookie’s Kitchen, Crochet by Rose, DK’s Vintiques & More, Good Spirits Vintage, Libby McArthur Art, Masterclass Savory Sweet Foods, Moon Shine Mama, Roczilla Records, SV Vintage Co, Ten Cups Tarot, Topsy-Turvy Totems, and With Love Products.

Many artists are returning to Soundgrowler after successful previous markets, while several vendors will be appearing at the venue for the first time, including Bachelor Pad Magazine, Crochet by Rose, Cupboard Creatures, DK’s Vintiques & More, L&W Crystals, SV Vintage Co, and Vintage Vogue Utopia.

Among the featured vintage vendors is DK’s Vintiques & More, owned by Darcy Kay, who describes herself as an “old soul” passionate about preserving items from the past and keeping them out of landfills. SV Vintage Co, operated by best friends Victoria Regalado and her business partner, brings a wide range of nostalgic décor from moody vintage aesthetics to cottagecore charm, including vintage books, framed art, playing cards, candlesticks, and handmade potholders.

Another featured vendor, Vanessa Howes of AntiqueNess Apothecary, curates antique frames, vessels, and botanical pairings that emphasize texture, patina, and history. A portion of her sales supports Best Buddies, an organization dedicated to fostering inclusion and meaningful relationships for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Organizations supported by participating vendors include South Suburban Humane Society, PFLAG, Hello Happiness Creativity Center, Howard Brown Health, the National Black Justice Coalition, The Trevor Project, the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights, Best Buddies, Planned Parenthood, Sandy Hook Promise, PAWS, NPR, Ekukhanyeni Relief Project, Hearthaven H20, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, among others.
