Watch Girl's Tearful Reaction to Chicago Cubs Playoff Tickets for Her Birthday
Stop what you're doing and share in this girl's pure joy. It doesn't get much sweeter.
It took a bit to sink in, but once Kaitlyn Taylor, 10, realized just what her birthday gift was, the tears and gratitude came pouring out.
In a YouTube video posted Tuesday by her mother Pearl, Kaitlyn patiently opens a series of envelopes each hinting at what her gift would be.
“Guess who is going to the…”—the sheets of paper read.
“I KNOW! IT’S THE CUBS GAME!” she squealed. Her mother then announced that she would be able to witness a Cubs playoff game in person. She counted the tickets and then realized there were enough for the whole family to attend.
”Thank you daddy,” she choked out between tears.
The family attended last Monday’s game, her mom said.
