Three young people from Troy and Collinsville died, and multiple agencies, including Troy police and fire, continue investigating while related criminal charges and a wrongful death lawsuit move forward.
   

• Various Madison County appointments approved (timestribunenews.com) — Troy residents have new local representation as Don Crawford was appointed to replace retiring fire district trustee Rob Hancock, and Ron Simpson of Troy joined a new Madison County Board litigation subcommittee.
