Evan Michael Codell born 5/25/45 passed away 12/14/16. He put up a great fight for almost 5 years and couldn't fight any longer. He is survived by his wife Donna (Leff) Codell and preceded by his daughter, Jennifer (Codell) Hale. He and his wife were writing a book about their daughter who lost her battle to Cystic Fibrosis and should be out in publication by January/February 2017. His funeral service will be on 12/21/16 at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 N.
