Dutch Bros Coffee Gets Initial Approval For New Milwaukee Avenue Location

VERNON HILLS, IL — A new Dutch Bros Coffee location could be coming to Milwaukee Avenue after receiving an informal nod from village officials for a proposed site between two existing restaurants, according to a report from the Daily Herald.

The proposed drive-thru coffee shop would be located on a vacant parcel between two restaurants along Milwaukee Avenue. The plan still requires additional approvals before construction can move forward.

Dutch Bros, a popular drive-thru coffee chain known for specialty drinks and energy beverages, has been expanding throughout the Chicago suburbs, including planned locations in McHenry County and other communities, according to the article.

Officials and developers will continue reviewing the proposal before a final decision is made.
