ENJOY “END-OF-SUMMER FUN” AT WESTFIELD HAWTHORN WITH FREE WESTFIELD FAMILY FUN DAYS
Join us on August 10th as kids read about riding on a traditional freight train pulled by a steam engine in Freight Train by Donald Crews, and explore everything that happens at the airport in Airport by Byron Barton. Kids will then color their very own wooden airplanes, and enjoy a snack.
On August 24th kids will ease back into school with two books by Kevin Henkes, the lighthearted Chrysanthemum, and Jessica, a story about an imaginary friend. Afterwards, kids will personalize their very own pencil case and receive a Westfield #2 pencil, and enjoy a snack. There is nothing better than going back to school with stylish school supplies!
