Funding for my Daughter, Jennifer's Inspirational Story and Offer Hope to Others Facing Terminal Illness

Our daughter Jennifer passed away 12/5/2015 waiting for a double lung transplant. Although she needed the transplant to extend her life, Jennifer never wasted a day of the life she was given. She lived passionately and courageously in the face of terminal illness, offering hope and inspiration to so many along the way. We want to continue to share that hope and honor our daughter with a published book about her life’s journey. Through this book, we intend to help others with terminal illnesses and their families find courage and hope to live fully, while never giving up. Please help us help others by publishing her story.
