VHHS to Present Annual Holiday Music Festival

The event will be held Dec. 18.

Vernon Hills High School will present its annual Holiday Music Festival at 6 and 8 p.m. Dec. 18.

The annual concert features all of the VHHS Choirs, plus the Symphony and Philharmonic Orchestras, performing a wide variety of holiday music, including Sleigh Ride, an audience sing-a-long to a medley of Christmas carols, and the ever-popular Hallelujah Chorus from Handel's "Messiah." 

6 p.m. Concert — Freewill donation of non-perishable food or cash will all go to the Vernon Township Food Pantry. General seating, no reserved seats for this performance.

8 p.m. Concert — Reserved Seats. Tickets will be available online beginning today. $5.00 for every ticket. All ticket sales will be donated to the Vernon Township Food Pantry.

If the event is not sold out by Dec. 18, the remaining tickets will be available at the door on the night of the concert. Standing room is not allowed in the auditorium.

Tickets for the 8pm Concert are only available on-line at: http://www.seatyourself.biz/vhhscougars. Click on the Holiday Concert event in the calendar on Dec. 18 to bring up the seating chart and use a credit card to reserve your seats.
