15-Year-Old Arrested For Aggravated Assault: Police

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL — A 15-year-old male from Brookfield was arrested for aggravated assault at 3:26 p.m. March 13. According to police reports, the juvenile showed a pocketknife to another male juvenile on school property at LTHS, 4900 Willow Springs Road.

Classes were over for the day and the incident took place in front of the high school, Western Springs Police said. Police investigated the incident and probable cause existed for the charge of aggravated assault.

The 15-year-old appeared at court March 14.
