A summertime oasis! Hostess Linda Dishman previews one of the spectacular homes being readied for September 28. The excitement is mounting.
Five Hinsdale homes will be on this year’s Tour. They include a French residence designed and styled for an urban setting, an extensively-remodeled 70’s home in a breathtaking wooded glen, a 120-year-old home registered with The Hinsdale Historical Society, a Nantucket-style residence with a very creative approach to space planning, and a traditional family home with a comfortable contemporary décor.
Tour-goers can experience these homes on September 28 during the 63rd annual Scholarship Home Tour. Proceeds from the Tour go toward scholarships for matriculating high school seniors and also to adult women who are completing their educations.
