The night will kick off to a festive start with a welcome cocktail and delicious bites. prasino will share recipes for making flavorful healthy food guests will love, mocktails and holiday punches that can make entertaining less stressful. Sarah Baker, an international fashion model based in Chicago and holistic health and lifestyle consultant, will present How to Boost Your Beauty Through the Holidays. Sarah has certifications in holistic health coaching and plant-based nutrition, and is currently working towards attaining her dietitian’s license to further her education and expertise level.

Sarah’s health and lifestyle consulting company, StyleBodySoul LLC, brings a unique angle to coaching men and women. SBS guides clients through their health and wellness journey, as well as enhancing their professional and personal image. Being in the fashion industry as an international model for 13 years, it has been Sarah’s goal to find numerous ways to maintain an ideal body weight the healthy way. This has also given her vast knowledge of the fashion industry, and behind the scenes experience with designers from around the world to hone in on finding one’s personal style.
