Bike Stolen, Front License Plate Taken: Western Springs Police Reports

The following items were taken from the Western Springs police blotter throughout the past week. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Theft

• The front license plate was stolen off a vehicle between Sept. 17 and Sept. 18 in the 4200 block of Central.
• A bike was stolen from the bike rack in the LTHS lot at 8:36 p.m. Sept. 28 at LTHS, 4900 Gilbert Ave.

Leaving The Scene Of An Accident

• James Young, 91, of Hinsdale, was arrested at 8 p.m. Sept. 21 at Grand and Ogden avenues for leaving the scene of an accident and failure to yield.
