Bike Stolen, No License: Western Springs Blotter

Oct. 15

• A girls Schwinn bike was stolen from a garage in the 4200 block of Forest Avenue.

Oct. 17

• Ricardo Urena, 50, of Chicago, was arrested at 9:49 a.m. in the 1500 block of Burlington for not having a driver's license after officers responded to an accident.
