Bike Stolen, Revoked License: Western Springs Blotter

The following items were taken from the Western Springs police blotter throughout the past week. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Revoked Driver's License

• Kathy Janicki, 49, of the 4800 block of Grand Avenue, was arrested at 7:39 p.m. Sept. 8 in the 500 block of Hillgrove for driving through the railroad intersection as the gates were coming down. Police later found she had a revoked driver's license.

Theft

• A girls bicycle was stolen from an open garage of a residence in the 4300 block of Central sometime during the evening on Sept. 3.

Criminal Damage To Vehicle

• The rear wheel cover of a motorcycle was scratched in the 1100 block of Hillgrove sometime between 9:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. Sept. 7.
