Ai Tikki Tonga! The WSSC Waves season is almost here!

I admit it, I am a swim team mom. I love the chlorine, the yelling, the water and the splashing fun.  I enjoy sitting out under the stars during an evening swim meet, watching the kids beat their best times and chatting with other families. If you have never been a part of a summer team, this is your year! 

Come to the parent meeting Wednesday, May 16th at the Western Springs Recreation Center at 7pm. You will learn all you need to know to get started this season.

  You say your kids have never been on a team? No problem, new swimmer try-outs will be held on May 30th and 31st.

May 30:  4-5pm, 8 & Under Girls, 5-6pm, 8 & Under Boys

May 31: 4-5pm, 9&10 boys and girls, 5-6pm, 11 & older both boys and girls.

Any swimmer not able to make the previous times, please come at 5pm on May 31st for make-ups.

Already swam with WSSC?  Mark your calendars for Time Trials to be held on June 8th during the age group practice times.
