Healthy Holiday Eating Tips!
Need some tips to steer clear of the holiday bulge? Check out this blog for a few, quick ideas!

It's the most, CALOR-ful time of the year!! All that holiday cheer can bring of a few holiday inches if we succumb too much to all the delightful temptations that inevitably surround us! Here are a few tips to keep the lid on calories, and keep those waistlines in check!
DON'T Save up on calories! Do eat a healthy, normal breakfast so you don't go into the holiday meal abnormally hungry and overdo it.
DO fill your plate with veggie dishes first. Eat these first, and only take a bite or two only of starchy ones. All the fiber will fill you up faster.
Eat so you are GENTLY full, NOT stuffed.
WAIT 10 MINUTES before a second helping.
DO NOT let your exercise program slide!!!
Keep treats OFF your desk, and stay out of the break room if they're there.
With a little awareness, and a smidge of willpower, you can start the New Year off with a healthy, happy body and mind!
