Car Burglaries, Theft: Western Springs Blotter

The following information is from the Western Springs Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Burglary To Motor Vehicle

• Several cars were broken into overnight on June 18 and June 19 in the 6000 block of Flagg Creek and the 1000 block of Hickory Drive. All cars were unlocked and appeared to be rummaged through.

Theft

• A bag of equipment was taken from a worksite sometime between 11 and 11:30 a.m. in the 500 block of Rugeley Road on June 19.

Driving While License Suspended

• Abel Landa, 54, of Chicago, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. June 18 in the 4300 block of Wolf Road for driving while license suspended.
