Car Burglary, No License: Western Springs Blotter

The following information is from the Western Springs Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Oct. 2

• Yordin Catalino, 25, of Chicago, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. at 41st and Wolf Road for no valid driver's license and no insurance after a traffic stop for violating the railroad crossing gate.

Oct. 4

• An unknown person entered a shed in the 1500 block of Walnut Street sometime between the overnight hours of Oct. 3 and 4. Nothing was reported missing.
• An unlocked vehicle was entered and the glove compartment was rummaged through sometime in the overnight hours of Oct. 3 and 4 in the 1500 block of Walnut. A second locked car had damage to the driver side door handle.
