Car Stolen, Curfew Violation: Western Springs Blotter

The following items were taken from the Western Springs police blotter throughout the past week. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Motor Vehicle Theft

• A vehicle was stolen from the 4400 block of Central Avenue sometime between 10 p.m. Aug. 2 and 8:20 a.m. Aug. 3. The victim's wallet and driver's license were also inside the vehicle.

Curfew Violation

• A 16-year-old male was found in violation of curfew at 12:20 a.m. Aug. 4 at 47th and Howard. The 16-year-old was also violating the restriction on his graduated driver's license.
