Criminal Damage, Identity Theft: Western Springs Police Blotter

Criminal Damage To Property

An officer on patrol at Johnson and Burlington avenues at 5:36 a.m. on May 13 noticed damage to a Western Springs’ Village pedestrian sign.

A victim reported that their bicycle was damaged at the bike rack in the Lyons Township High School campus lot at 2:34 p.m. on May 14.

Burglary To Motor Vehicle

A victim reported that at 12:55 p.m. on May 14 in the 3900 block of Franklin Avenue an unknown person entered their work vehicle and removed several tools.

Identity Theft

Multiple reports of identity theft were made with the Western Springs Police Department.
