Details On Western Springs Neighbor Dispute
The incident resulted in a trespassing charge against a resident, police said.

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL – A Western Springs woman went onto a neighbor's property several times over the Fourth of July weekend, prompting police involvement, according to a report.
Eva Kirsch, 67, who lives in the 5400 block of Woodland Avenue, was charged July 7 with trespass to real property. She is to receive a court summons in the mail.
Patch obtained the police report through a public records request.

In one instance, footage from a doorbell camera showed Kirsch going on the neighbor's property to remove a bottle of pesticide, according to the report. She returned it a short time later, police said. It was while the neighbor was out of town.
Police said they confirmed Kirsch also trespassed on the neighbor's property in December 2016.

An officer took Kirsch's statement, but did not provide it to Patch.
