Disorderly Conduct, Identity Theft: Western Springs Blotter

Criminal Damage to Property Over $300 - Disorderly Conduct

Bret T. Nicholson, 21, of the 4400 block of Franklin was arrested for criminal damage to property on another vehicle and disorderly conduct at 9:23 p.m. on Jan. 17 near Ogden Avenue and Wolf Road.

Burglary To Motor Vehicle

A victim reported that some time between Jan. 10 and Jan. 11, several of their belongings were removed from their vehicle while it was parked in the 4100 block of Ellington Avenue.

Identity Theft

Western Springs police responded to two reports of identity theft. One on Jan. 18 in the 4400 block of Franklin and the other on Jan. 19 in the Woodland Avenue. In both instances, the victims told police someone used their credit cards without permission.
